More power is always an issue. And front end loaders are no exception to the rule. With models 5070 Z and 5090 Z, Schaffer now launches the most powerful compact front end loaders. Operating weight: 4 to 5 tonnes.
The rear carriage has been modified and now offers enough space for a Kubota engine with 54 kW / 75 hp or 65 kW / 90 hp which gives the loaders enough power for the most sophisticated jobs. To harness that power, the hydrostatic drive system and axles had to be modified accordingly. The new axles, made by Schaffer, can take up to 30 % more torque than before. The best thing is, however, the loader always adapts to the load currently required, automatically and independent of the pre-selected speed.
Lifting power and tipping loads have been improved, too, even with the new lifting height of 3,400 mm!
The new and modern design of the bonnet will offer the driver a much better view to the back. A trademark of Schaffer's telescopic and wheel loaders is the full floating rear axle. The merits are obvious in rough terrain where the loader's strength and stability under load are significantly increased.
At the same time, the height of the loader is only 2,320 mm (at the cab). Of course, you can have your loader optionally with a factory airconditioned cabin. The width of the loader depends on the type of tyre selected and standard is 1750mm wide.
Driving speed is 20 kph for the standard model, however as an option 30 kph is available.
A wide range of auxiliary equipment and attachments makes the new loaders truly versatile.
