New Schaffer mini loader 2027 with path-dependent hydrostatic 4-wheel drive

With immediate effect the most compact Schaffer mini loader, the 2027, is now equipped with a hydrostatic traction drive.

The new mini loader 2027 have just had a major upgrade at the Schaffer factory. The handling of the mini loader is now even easier due to the path-dependent hydrostatic drive. The speed of the diesel motor is adjusted with a hand throttle or using the accelerator pedal according to the conditions of use.

Forward and reverse and speed control is controlled via a pedal on the left side of the machine. These controls make very quick and precise manoeuvring possible to the nearest centimeter which is an invaluable advantage especially for compact mini loaders working constantly in very tight working conditions. Up to now a simple gear pump has been used in this series as the drive pumps. The hydrostatic utilizes much higher shear forces and also functions as a brake. Downhill the loader doesn't "run" away anymore as the hydrostatic automatically acts as a brake and the footbrake is hardly ever used.

The new Schaffer mini loader 2027 is driven by a diesel motors of the world's largest manufacturer Kubota. The 2027 has a 19 kW (26 HP) D1105 diesel engine.

All articulated joints of Schaffer mini loaders are fully maintenance-free. This component has a guarantee of 2 years or 2000 operating hours and is virtually industructible. The oscillating articulating joint also makes the Schaffer mini loader the most comfortable mini loader on the market to drive - just drive up a roadside curb to test a mini loader without an oscillating articulation joint and your back will immediately feel the difference!

A range of widths are available, from only 890mm wide. The optimum width for the articulated mini loader however is 1250mm wide with 26x12-12 tyres, in 12 ply SKD pattern or turf, giving greater traction and fantastic stability. Due to a choice of over 50 tools, the Schaffer mini loader 2027 can be used in different working conditions like agriculture, horse husbandry as well as horticulture, forestry, backyard earthmoving, and is particuarly well regarded by arborists.
